This policy explains what information Medtourlink collects through medtourlink.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to enquiries submitted through this website.

2. What we collect
Contact details you enter (name, email address, phone number, country), the treatment category, procedure and destination you select, and the message you write. If you describe a medical condition, that message may contain health information, which is sensitive personal information. Our server also records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to forward your request to the hospital department you asked about, and to keep the service secure (rate limiting, spam prevention, abuse investigation). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Providing health information is voluntary — you can describe your request without detailed medical data.
5. Who we share it with
Only the hospital or clinical team relevant to your enquiry, and our email delivery provider used to send the notification. We do not disclose your information to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
6. Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiry records are stored on servers operated for Medtourlink. Where an enquiry is handled by a hospital outside your country, the relevant details are transferred to that hospital for the purpose of assessing your request. Records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. Email market@medtourlink.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language selection may be stored in a cookie or in your browser so that the site opens in the same language next time.
9. Medical disclaimer
Medtourlink provides information and coordination services only. We do not diagnose, prescribe or provide treatment plans. Any medical decision is made by a licensed physician at the treating hospital.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, ask for consent again.
